Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes:

Q: How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $80 CAD. For orders under that amount, shipping costs are at a fixed price of $14.99CAD

Q: Are your pet beds machine washable?
Yes! Most of our calming pet beds have removable covers and are machine washable. Be sure to check the care label on the product page.
Q: Do your tech accessories work with all car models?
Many of our smart devices (like CarPlay adapters or LED organizers) are compatible with most vehicles, but we recommend checking the product page for details before ordering.
